I have a problem with my customized AAD B2C login page.
After some inactivity on the login page the user cannot login anymore. Clicking the login button fails silently from a user perspective. Reloading the page, makes it work again.
I believe the reason is an expired Cross-Site Request Forgery token that is set as a cookie by the AAD B2C login page. Which makes the AAD B2C BE reject the login request with a 400 status code.
As described in the title, I am using some customization on the login page. I thought it might be possible to give the user some feedback as part of the customization that I am doing but I see no way to get information about the fail in any way or form.
Question:
- Is it possible to deactivate or increase the expiration of the CSRF token/cookie?
- Is it possible within the customization framework of AAD B2C to somehow inform the user about the problem, i.e. get info about the cookie expiration or the failed request with some standardized API that Azure is providing as part of the login customization?
